- The runtime upgrade includes updates to the Parity dependencies.
- Weights v2 is being implemented in the upgrade.
- Democracy Referendum and Agenda Migrations are part of the upgrade.
- There will be a migration that clears old preimages storage and releases locked bonds.
- Users who had preimages stored will need to resubmit them and will get their original bonded amount back.
