UPDATE: Unfortunately, due to the ongoing enactment and validation of Referendum 27, the Centrifuge Council should resubmit Council Motion 54 as [Council Motion 55](https://centrifuge.subsquare.io/council/motion/2184921_0x058c2af24feaaa2777cd09ba8395ff656418f8adaf78216853463af77d488ab5), because there was a possibility of democracy.preimage storage wipe during this period.
