The Tinlake rewards were miscalculated in Council Motion 18, so even though Council Motion 18 + 19 + Referendum 7 passed, the Council has proposed a new motion (Council Motion 20) with the correct values.

This referendum aims to reward high quality nomination pools using a fair evaluation system. The evaluation system looked at specific criteria such as metadata, verified identity and nominees. An open-source tool was used to analyze the pools and the results were posted for public scrutiny.
