Nova Wallet is a mobile app for the Polkadot and Kusama ecosystem. They have proposed to add more features to the app, such as a Multistaking dashboard, Staking Nomination Pools, WalletConnect v2, and a new Assets tab UI. They also plan to fulfill community requests and reimburse for delivered features. The goal is to build and maintain a high-quality, open-source, community-focused, and feature-rich mobile application.

Dwellir provided decentralized RPC services for Polkadot communities in Q3 2023.

Set the balances of a given account.

also alter the total issuance of the system (`TotalIssuance`) appropriately.
If the new free or reserved balance is below the existential deposit,
it will reset the account nonce (`frame_system::AccountNonce`).
